Truxedo mounting bracket replacement

Hi everyone. I purchased a Truxedo Sentry CT for my Rambox bed which was listed by Amazon as “like new” for a really good price. I just got it yesterday and it looks brand new, never mounted just open box. However, it is missing all of the clamps that connect to the bed rails. Amazon offered an even bigger discount/refund if I were to keep it. In your experience is it worth contacting Truxedo to purchase the brackets/bolts/nuts myself? My current paid price with a discount is about $520. Thank you very much

When I moved my Sentry CT from my old truck to my new one I called Truxedo about purchasing a set of seals for the new bed. They were very responsive and sent me a new set at no charge, they even covered shipping. I’d contact Truxedo, you might be surprised.
