check sportsman guide, they carry several with mattresses and they are under $200. I have one for my 2nd trk, a taco, that only ran $89.00

I have a Napier Sportz truck tent. It’s awesome, I love it. I even have the air mattress for the bed that has cutouts for the wheel wells.
