Truck not engaging proper gear?

Hi,

I have a 2019 Laramie 1500 4x4.

A couple of times since I have owned it, I've been stopped at a light and when I try to accelerate, the truck crawls along as if in 1st gear and the engine revs loud. I stop, turn the truck off and then back on. After that, it's fine.

This has only happened to me 2-3 times since I've had the truck but figured I'd finally ask here to see if anyone else has experienced it and if so, do they know what is going on.

I've had that happen. I found I had hit the gear limiter in the steering wheel with hand. Duh.
