Anyone ever notice the rear end about a 1 inch lower on the drivers side? If so any idea what the fix is?

Seriously though, I have noticed what you’re talking about. Gas weight will constantly change the driver side ride height.

really? that's odd. i had an extra leaf added to my Frontier and it was higher on the driver side after. the shop said we put more bend on the driver side to account for your weight and fuel and in time it will level itself. made good sense.

With a full tank of gas the left side of my truck is 1/4" lower than the right. Seems reasonable to me.

Is one side heavier and compressing the spring, or is the body not bolted down evenly? Hmmm.

Somebody is gonna have to get down on the floor with a tape measure and check things out. It looks to me like the factory is pretty generous with the tolerances. I couldn't find a side-to-side measurement anywhere, but the ride height specs are all +/- 12mm. Which means if a dealer tech measures things and one side is 12 mm high and the other is 12mm low it will pass. and 24 mm is pretty close to an inch.

I could live with a 1/4 inch it’s 1 inch with a close to empty tank

Driver side was 3/4" lower on my previous truck with about 1/4 tank of gas (23 gallon tank), and 1/2" on my current truck. With me out of the truck. My current truck has a 33 gallon tank but since it has air suspension, fuel load is automatically compensated for. I'm possibly going to fix the lean with adjustable links. But I doubt it's hurting anything if I leave it as is. It's more because I don't like how it looks in my garage LOL.

Squid I did have alignment, don’t know if it was doing it before or not ,

Mine was 1"lower on the rear left, clearly not acceptable. Mine has the air suspension. (Did not want that, but that was on the truck in the lot). Took it to the dealer and they recalibrated the suspension, perfectly even now.
