Truck is not fully turning off

20 1500 DT Bighorn. When turning off the vehicle, pushing the start/stop button results in the vehicle entering the “ACC” mode instead of “OFF.” Cycling the ignition on/off several times usually resolves it.

The issue is intermittent but has begun happening more frequently. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Are you fully shifting to Park? That can sometimes leave the truck in ACC mode.

Take it in. There have been cases of bad shifter knobs and that could be the issue

This happens if you shut the truck off before putting it into park. Test it out.
