2025 RAM. Anyone know how to shut this off? How about any aftermarket devices. I get the safety aspect, just not the ability to turn it off-you can turn your backup and front sensors on and off so why not this.

Not able to just shut it off, but you can hold the FOB on the rear door glass when you close the driver’s door. ( engine still running )
It works on my ‘22 Ram 1500 and my ‘25 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I turned mine off with my Tazer but still occasionally honks for whatever reason. Still a great improvement from how it was.

Not sure if Tazer works on 2025’s though.

It does not and probably never will. At least not as well as it does on the lower MY.

I saw this post yesterday and tried it on my 2025 Limited and it works.

I will try this on my '22 Rebel. I don't want to shut off the truck to check the road side mailbox. I get the safety aspect since the truck is keyless, but the two problems with the honks are annoying neighbors and announcing to the world I just stepped out of a running truck. This last item is also a safety aspect.

Getting my fob out of my pocket is also a pain, but at least offers some possible control.
