I have a 2019 dodge ram 2500 with a 67 Cummings it’s rear wheel drive I took it to a local shop and they installed the Traxda kit and 18x9 Beast wheels with 35 in tires. Looks awesome. They sent me on my way after they were finished. Alignment and all. After I got home I noticed the tires smells hot then I seen that the front driver side tire was 3 1/2 inch’s out past the fender and the Passenger side tire was 1 7/8 in out past the fender also the back tires DS rear tire is 1 3/4 past fender and PS rear is sticking out 2 3/8 past fender. The shop closes Friday at 6pm and that’s when I took the truck home What did they do to my truck ? Thanks Markman

You need a Thuren or Carli adjustable track bar. Lifting a solid axle truck pushes the axle over.

Thank you for responding The 19 ram has coils on all 4 no leaf springs. I don’t know much about this stuff. I’ll look into the adjuster bar

Yeah still a solid front axle. It's only off about 3/4 inch. Yes it's around 2 on one side and 3.5 on the other, but that means the axle needs to move half that difference in measurements to be centered.

Okay that makes sense The shop charged me for alignment but I don’t think they did it. The Torsion mark on the left side is on mark two and the one on the right side is on mark 4

80-grit sandpaper to the treads. You just need to shave off a little tread, and you’ll be fine. :p

Smaller tires. Fender trim work. Wheel offset. My last HD with a Cummins was a 2015. Just for reference I only leveled, so roughly 2.5 inch raise in front. I used Thuren springs, not spacers. I think that off centered the axle close to half an inch. The truck is still able to be aligned and drive good like that. An adjustable track bar is only needed for my OCD in that situation. But more than 2.5 lift on the front, and I think the adjustable track bar is nearly a requirement in my opinion. You're going to wear the bushings out in the stock track bar over time like this. As for tires I think I ran 295/65r18 on stock wheels with my level, and never rubbed.
