2019 with the hemi and my transmission does this wierd thing where if I'm driving and start slowing down for a stop sign or red light, as the truck is slowing it will rev and lunge forward, now it doesnt happen all the time and I worried if I take it to the dealer it won't happen for them and won't het fixed, I was wo during if this is a problem others have had and what should I do..

The ZF6 speeds are known to be really rough shifting especially when cold. My dealer basically told me its normal as well.

How many miles are on the truck?

Its the 8 speed transmission and the truck has 50k miles

My apologies, meant to type 8 speed.

You're getting close to the 60k (everyone but Mopar recommended) pan/filter/fluid change. In every other vehicle, it is not a fill for life like Mopar says. You should do that or have it done. It may or may not fix the issue. The problem is these trans are notoriously hard shifting when cold. Mine has been looked at by the dealer now twice and I was told "all is normal."

The problematic shifts for me are 1-2 and 4-3, when cold.

To be fair, my father's X5 has a different version of the same trans and it is also really surgy/clunky shifting.
