Transferring Favourites

I'm told that the uConnect mapping system is a Garmin. I just bought a 2019 1500 Limited with the 12 inch screen. In my old Dodge I used a Garmin Nuvi 2797 sitting on the dash. It has quite a few favourites saved. Simple question. Is there a way to transfer all those saved favorites from the Nuvi to the dodge uConnect system? I already have Garmin Basecamp on my PC.

Hmm YouTube vids suggest Garmin. Oh well. Thanks for your input.
