2021 Ram 1500 V6, mild-hybrid. I'm towing a travel trailer with a lithium battery. Battery was fully charged prior to leaving; when arrived at camp site battery was fully discharged. I don't know if this has to do with the truck or another issue. Anyone have insight?

My guess? You left something turned on.

Charge the battery... Get a DC clamp meter on the battery lead... start your troubleshooting from there disconnecting and turning thins off one thing at a time

All I can think of is if you have a fridge that runs on 12v instead of propane when disconnected from shore power if the propane is shut off, that might drain it, but the battery should be getting some charge from the tow vehicle while travelling.
