Question, has anyone ever got shorter stems for the OEM trailer TPMS? The OEM ones that came with truck are too long.
Thanks

I prefer long valve stems, but you can buy other ones. Just make sure they are the same frequency as your system.

I know alot of people have tried to program a/m sensors on the HD forum and have been unsuccessful. Not sure why that is.

I haven't done it on a Ram, but have done a few others. As long as they are the right frequency, I have never had a problem. The biggest issue is finding the frequency you have. Some vehicles come with different frequencies in the same model, so you can't just look at a chart, you have to see one. When the trailer stems come with the truck, they have the frequency marked on them.
