I prefer long valve stems, but you can buy other ones. Just make sure they are the same frequency as your system.Question, has anyone ever got shorter stems for the OEM trailer TPMS? The OEM ones that came with truck are too long.
Thanks
I know alot of people have tried to program a/m sensors on the HD forum and have been unsuccessful. Not sure why that is.I prefer long valve stems, but you can buy other ones. Just make sure they are the same frequency as your system.
I haven't done it on a Ram, but have done a few others. As long as they are the right frequency, I have never had a problem. The biggest issue is finding the frequency you have. Some vehicles come with different frequencies in the same model, so you can't just look at a chart, you have to see one. When the trailer stems come with the truck, they have the frequency marked on them.I know alot of people have tried to program a/m sensors on the HD forum and have been unsuccessful.
