Traction Control not working?

I've had my 2019 Ram Bighorn 4x4 for over a year now and I believe that my "traction control" has never worked. I do not have it turned off on the dash switch. I can spin my tires anytime I want.
I almost wrecked passing a semi as I had to punch the gas and the rear tires broke loose and turned my truck sideways in front of the semi.... I was doing around 60mph.

My 2012 Ram 4x4 truck had traction control and it would hardly ever spin the tires.

Anyone else?

Thanks.

Hi @cupcars - We certainly understand why this would be concerning. If you are not able to determine a solution based on suggestions from fellow forum members and you decide to address this with your Ram dealer, please be sure to follow up with us via private message. We would be more than happy to escalate your situation to a specialist who can work alongside you and your dealer while your truck is in service.
