I finally purchase a set of 22” oem 2019 Ram wheels and rims. Will I have to do anything other than mount them to get the TPMS to work? Is there a need to have them rebalanced?

Answer to #1 is just drive a little bit, it's either a few minutes or a few miles, but they will self-sync. For #2... probably not, provided they were fine before removal and not stored or handled poorly. You could always pay a tire shop a few bucks to check the balance if you were really worried about it.
