I have a 2021 Rebel with standard coil springs. I’m replacing the stock duratracs and putting the Readylift 2” level w/UCA’s on. I plan on keeping the stock 18’s and going with a 295/70/R18. Which tire should I choose, Toyo AT3 or Nitto Recon Grappler? I live in Florida and do a bit of highway driving for work. Most “off-road” I do is loose sand and gravel on construction sites, besides that it’s just slimy boat ramps.

I have a normal bighorn leveled with 295/60/20 recon grapplers. I hate them. Horrible road noise and are trash when it rains. If your going to be on the highway I’d go with the toyos

Just curious, are you on stock wheels? Any rubbing?

Sorry to throw out something different than your 2 choices, but I like these. I've been running them for about 600 miles, and I am very happy with them. They are good on rain and offroad.

I have the Toyo Open Country AT3 on my 2020 Rebel and really like them. Have just over 25K miles on them. They have been comfortable, quiet and very good in the rain (Florida based as well).

I didn’t even know that tire existed! Way better looking than the Recon Grappler. Just ordered a set in 295/70/18. 2” Readylift level with UCA’s go on on Wednesday and tires installed Thursday.

Thank you. I was teetering but decided to give the Toyo Open Country R/T Trail’s a try. Getting them installed next week. In 295/70/18 they have the same load rating and only 5000 miles less of tread-wear warranty. These should last me until 100,000 miles. If I don’t like them I’ll try the AT3 on my next truck.

I’m looking at your pictures again today. Are they directional? It looks like your two front tires are mounted in different directions.

I also have the Open County AT3 installed for 2 years and 15k miles, love them.
