If anyone is interested, here’s my weights from Cat Scale with camper hooked up and the truck by itself. Using an Equalizer 8,000 lb wdh.

Great job hitting the scales!

Looks like it needs some adjustments, you’re losing 220 lbs off the front axle.

Also, Equalizer doesn’t make a 8k WDH

I got curious and looked up that trailer. One brochure said
Dry Weight
3,144 lbs.
Payload Capacity
769 lbs.

That makes a GVWR of 3913. You weighed in at 3880. Cutting things close! Maybe you ought to leave the anvil at home. :)

You are right. It’s a fast way E2 hitch. Must have been reading another post somewhere. According to the stickers on camper GVWR is 4414. Payload 1076, and dry weight is 3299. I should have about 1000 lbs left. When I weighed I probably had about 1/4 tank of water onboard.
