Tow mirrors with side view cameras

Hello, I currently have a 2020 Ram 2500 with power folding tow mirrors and blind spot monitoring. I was wondering if I can simply install the mirrors with the side view cameras or if I will need the dealer to activate the cameras for me? Part numbers 68381707AC and 67381706AC.

The only way this will work is if the truck has the UConnect set up for it. For example a Level 1 pkg with 12" screen won't offer the connections required.

No, I have a 2500 with tow mirrors already that have blind spot monitoring, power fold, etc. I am only missing the side view cameras. I was wondering if I could simply install the mirrors with the side view cameras on my 2500. I currently have a 12” unconnected 4 system. I believe I have the level B equipment group with tow package that came with 5th/goose prep.
