Tow mirror upgrade

Hello I am stuck here I have a 2019 1500 limited with 360 camera I purchased the 2021 tow mirrors with the cameras all work but the cameras are way off anyone know how to correct the image

If you are still under warranty take it to the dealership and get it calibrated. They love to say there is nothing they can do…. If so reach out to Ram Cares.

I tryed they won’t touch it because it had standard mirror on it I replaced with the tow mirror from a 21 my truck is a 19 they didn’t offer the 19 with tow mirror and 360 camera so I had to get the 2021 year don’t know if this is something alpha obd can fix or do I need to change the processor

The dealer doesn’t like to touch personal upgrades. I wish I had the answer but after the dealer replaced my drivers side mirror and the calibration was off just a little they said there was nothing they could do and I was under warranty. Not sure if anyone else has had any luck.

Take it to a different dealer, don't tell them you did the upgrade. Most techs and advisors are not that smart. Or call aroun, most dealers will do a simple relearn/program like that for a fee and waive any responsibility if it doesn't work correctly.
