Tow hook grommets

Found some tow hooks on marketplace because 2 different dealers said they were on back order. Didn't realize there was a rubber piece that goes in the back slot. Is just that bushing available?

I had the same issue, luckily the seller had it still on the truck. However, I called the parts dept and they could not locate/order that part but did mention you could use some thick spacer/washer .
