Tow hook adjustments

Are the tow hooks adjustable on our trucks? I know we have the smaller bolt that attaches through a slide point on the hooks and didn’t know if we can adjust them more that way or not, I added mine today and it just seems to me that they’re sticking out too far. Also while I’m here, does anyone have the ft pound torque specs for both bolts?

The paperwork that accompanied my hooks shows the front bolt at 185 Nm (136 ft lbs) and rear bolt at 115 Nm (85 ft lbs) , I just cranked em down tight for right now as my torque wrench doesn’t go that high, let me know if anyone has conflicting data
