Found another ram site stating a dealer bodyshop told them paint code was pjx. Is that correct?

I believe so. You can find out by looking at the sticker inside the drivers door.

Don't think it shows the grill color only the body color which is billet silver.

XJ/PXJ is the black diamond crystal pearl paint code. That's the color of my truck with night edition. That should be what you are looking for.
Some places also LIST it as KXJ.
