Touch Screen randomly triggers press and hold event

I have a 2024 Laramie 2500HD that intermittently experiences press and hold events. It happens on all screens and in all areas. The most annoying is when I touch a radio preset to change channels and it then assigns the channel I am on to the channel I was trying to go to. It seems to be more prevalent when the truck is first started, but does happen long after it is running (just not as easy to reproduce). Almost seems like it might be related to excessive canbus traffic at startup. Anyone else experiencing this?

Has been an issue in my 23 limited. Mainly with the radio, when I want to change channels it decides to assign it a new preset. Pain in the ****. I wish they would take the time to fix the buggy infotainment system!

I have the same issue with my 2022 Limited 1500 on the radio presets as well as, at times, selecting other things like heated seats, different modes on the comfort controls. The radio presets are effected the same as you describe. The others fail when on the home screen and try to activate something in one of he widgets screens. It acts like I want to move a widget around the home screen.
These bugs are a pain and I also wish they would create an edit/lock button or something so nothing has a chance to change while selecting a radio preset or a different mode for the heater/air conditioner.
Maybe this is something @RamCares could help figure out.
