Will a 2024 Ram 1500 6'4" bed tonneau cover fit a 2025 Ram 1500 6'4" bed? Couple of places I checked both said no.

No reason it won't. Most online stores won't list 2025s as compatible because they either haven't updated their computers, or the manufacturer of tonneau has not physically verified the fit. It's a liability thing

I just ordered one for my 25. The cs at real truck confirmed it will fit.

Currently on our website, yes. But that's not a bad thing. Truxedo specializes in custom covers, as well. So you can feel confident knowing that you're getting a cover that fits for your bed configuration.

What about a trifold? Least expensive but one that flips up completely, also for RamBox?

It depends on what you use the truck for. BAK and UnderCover have tonneau covers that fit with the Rambox. You also have to have the silver cargo rails so that you can install the cover.
