Unfortunately I found out real quick on my rebel that removing the RAM on the tailgate leaves big locating holes for the emblem. Back on went the emblem. I really wanted the tailgate clean looking.

I’m not sure anyone has clearly shown the extent to which FCA considers badging to be important. Here are the ones I can find so far ...

The obvious ones ...

Had my detail shop debadge my Laramie. Only reason was I had the truck previously ceramic coated with the badges on. He took them off and applied ceramic coating where they were. Charged me 100$ including full detail. Otherwise I would have just done it myself.

Six of these things, which I count as badging because they look like the front grill ...

And the ones on the windshield. The cool little Ram guy I count as two because he leaves a good quality shadow .,,

There is also the steering wheel one and the Mopar label on the windshield. I’m running out of attachment space, but that adds up to 36 for the vehicle. I’m sure there must be more, as I didn’t pop the hood or climb under the car.

Sorry it’s dirty, did long trip for Christmas.

I swapped to all black badging. Removed the Laramie tailgate badge.

Removed the door emblems but didn’t like it so I put black emblems on

Yes just stuck on. The Ram tailgate emblem is completely backed with 3M adhesive tape so it is a m-f-k-r to remove.

Do you have pictures or can you share some pictures?

Hi, not to be a bother, but would you mind me asking how you went about debadging? Also, did you remove the tailgate center emblem and hood emblems to paint them, or leave them on the truck?
Just picked up a white bighorn, coming from a 17 F150. I used dental floss and some adhesive remover to pull the badges off the Ford. Did the trick, but it was a pain. Figured maybe there was an easier or more efficient method.
Thanks for your input

Like the bighorn and 4x4 badges gone. Not a fan of the black on black rams head. What is the fascination people have with black? It's a good truck color but then its windows and wheels and emblems ect. It's overkill. And dont get me started on black wheels..worst appearance mod ever. Does everyone think they are Batman Lol.
