How hard is it to remove the Ram Head emblem on the tailgate? I would like to change mine eventually.
Not the worst. I took the access panel off on the inside of the tail gate and popped the two clips off on the top. Heated it up evenly as possibly and slowly and carefully pryed it off.

Badges gotta go. Only I need to know what trim I have, and I’m sure everyone can tell it’s a Ram. Mines the limited so it’s way overboard chrome.

Another vote for debadging. Anything that come off with reasonable effort comes off. First removed the tailgate badges and side RAM badges, and just recently took the time to get the Limited chrome strips off the sides. Heat gun, some good dental floss and goof off or other adhesive remover and you're good to go.

I hated the chrome on my Laramie with the Sport Appearance package. I have it all off except for the doors (their coming off too).. the front and back I installed OEM black emblems.

Did u do the debadging and badging yourself? If so how did u go about doing the tailgate? Thanks

Anyone have a how to video of them taking off various badges? I.E. doors vs hood vs grill vs tailgate.

My 15’ was debadged. I liked it but decided to keep badges but go all flat black. Just waiting on the door badges to arrive to finish it all up.

I don't mind the badging on the trucks. Makes it look even with the front being so busy. I guess it's different strokes for different folks. I actually like the badges and if I could I would put a 4x4 off-road badge on both sides of that bed rather than a sticker
