Have stock tires and rims 275/55/20 and want to go either 275/65/20 , 285/65/20 or 35/ 12.5/20 will be installing RC leveling kit at same time... question is will the leveling kit work for those sizes?

Yes and no. If you’re keeping the factory wheels the offset makes the tire uncomfortably close to the upper control arm with the wider sizes. Also some 35’s are 34.5 and some are 34.8. It can fluctuate.

275/65 (34 x11) will fit no problem. 285/65 (34.5 x 11.5) will fit but will be a bit stuffed. 295/60 (34 x11.8) gets a bit close to the UCA.

let me toss this at you... 285/60/20 is 33.5x11.5 but the Nitto Ridge Grappler is 33.7 in the same size. It runs a little taller but you keep the 11.5 width.

The Rebel stock tires are 33.2 x 11 for reference.

Hope this helps.

Thanks guess I’m going with 275/65/20 and if I need spacers I’ll get some... just need some bigger and better tires for light off-road and traction..

275/65/20 definitely will not need spacers So you are good there. Tire cost in that size is usually less than the other sizes. I may suggest for you to take a look at the new Toyo AT3. It will definitely take care of what you described and is relatively light at 52 pounds. But I do not recommend the older Toyo AT2 if a shop has a set laying around. It’s not the same.

Did you ever get those tires put in? Do 275/65r20 rub at all?

I thought about 285s also, but the wife put her foot down on that one, so 275 it is for me.

I've got a 2019 1500 5.7l on stock 20" rims - I think they are 9" wide. Can I fit a 305 50 20 on my ram rims? I've already installed 1" spacer on the 4 corners. Also added cold air and muffler delete - seems to wake thing up quite a bit.... Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
