Tire size question

I have a 2020 1500 Laramie with the Bridgestone H/L 275/55/20 on now. Can I go to a 275/60/20 size tire with no problem? Some of the 1500's I see on the lot have them on.

275/60/20 all-terrain tires is what I have on my 2020 Laramie sport 4 x 4! They fit with no problem at all on stock suspension.

Yeah that’s what I have , scorpions all-terrain plus! Ride is a little stiffer than the stock Bridgestone tires, not as bouncy but that’s what I like. Just as quiet! Seem to be good in the rain, no snow in Fort Worth!
