I have a 2019 1500 v8 HEMI and currently takes 275 55 R20s. I was wondering if the forum knows if 275 65 R20s would be too large and hit anything in the wheel wells.

Just remember (for example) that if the tire you're looking at is 2" taller you're only adding 1" above the axel and one under.

I am no pro but I'm almost 100% sure with 34" tires and stock height you will rub inner fender and possibly the front mud flap(s). i had 33's before i went with level and 35x12.5 and the 33's were perfect for stock height.
examples of trucks on 275/65/20 but they are on aftermarket wheels with different offsets then the stockers.
