Tire Dressing frustration

So 5 years have come and gone, has there been any evolution or is it all still the same stuff?

I use Chemical Guys cleaner on the Ram:

It's essentially just a cleaner and doesn't make it shine. It does claim to get rid of the brown, so might be worth considering.

I don't use anything on my Jeep tires. It's a trail vehicle only and it's pretty much the norm to not shine the tires. If someone shows up with shiny tires, people will give them a hard time. I spotted one of my friends on the trail with super shiny tires and gave her some grief. Apparently, she had been hearing it all day and snapped at me, told me to SHUT THE F*#K UP! :ROFLMAO:

I totally agree with the Bleche-White tire cleaner -- been using it for years. i prefer the spray as opposed to goop that comes with applying liquid with a sponge or applicator. The best and longest lasting spray I'm used is Cristal products untouchable tire shine for $4.

I've used the Dura-Coating Tire Dressing kit for the last three years. I had more success with it than the off the shelf products. The kit comes complete with the cleaner, shine dressing, and applicators. The shine isn't as glossy as some, but it does look pretty good and I get nearly 4 months before a quick re-application brings the shine back. Dura-Coating also gives some nice discounts nearly every week. Without the discount I consider their products to be somewhat pricey. Dura-Coating has their own website to sell their products as well as some availability on Amazon.
