time for ATs

I am ready to move on from the factory tires and get some ATs. Of couse I want the biggest and widest that will fit.
However, all information I can find deals with stock rims and the +18 offset OEM. I have Vision 20x9s that have a 0 offset
so there is significantly more room behind the tires and control arms, etc. It is riding at Stock height but I did a reverse level and dropped the rear down 2 inches.
Any one know how wide I can go with the additional offset? I cannot find anything but OEM measurements on Discount or Tire Rack calculators. thanks.
