Hello everyone , I’m new to the game.
I have a 2019 limited 1500 5.7 v8 with 67k on it. And it ticks!! All I have after market is wheels tires, lift and cold air intake. I’ve gotten some info that with things like replacing oil pump, intake manifold, a trans cooler and a 180° thermostat I could get more power and tik gone. Also I wanna run 93 and just wanna know how to transition from a lower octane. Any guidance helps as again I’m new to the game.

If you have the actual "Hemi tick" then none of those parts will help, at the least a cam and lifters or possibly new engine.
If you have the cracked exhaust manifold tick that fades away when the engine heats up, then you need a manifold or manifolds.
Want to run 93 octane, just put it into the tank.

Well.
Firstly, Rams come stock from the factory with a cold air intake, in that air is pulled from the wheel well instead of the engine compartment.
Secondly, if you're having difficulties figuring how to put 93 octane gas into your vehicle instead of the usual blend, perhaps you should stay away from that oil pump and thermostat housing.

Yes when the engine warms up the tick goes away, thank you for the help

Ok thank you!

Then, as @kapinallinen2 suggested, you likely have either a cracked manifold or broken exhaust manifold bolts, which is a common thing on the 5.7L engine.
I had broken manifold bolts at about 80,000 miles.

Don't need anything special to run 93 octane, just won't be much benefit.

As already mentioned, you prob have cracked exhaust manifold. If you are looking for more power, and have some expendable cash laying around, get you some long tube stainless works headers, a ported throttle body, unlocked PCM, and a cuatom tune. Then you will need to run 93 octane and will definitely have more power .

The 5th gens pull air from next to radiator not the wheel well.
