Third brake light/cargo light lights flicking on and off randomly when truck is off.

Sorry guys/gals and New here. Hopefully this isn’t in the wrong place. 2019 dodge ram classic the cargo/3rd brake light is flickering on and off at random times already killed the battery once. Has this happened to anyone does anyone know a fix? I cannot make it happen myself by wiggling wires or pushing switches.

It looks like your dashboard and radio are powering on too. Check the back window and headliner areas for cracks/water leaks. I'd also unhook the battery as well.
