That's transfer case neutral for flat towing of your truck. Have to push with pen or other small tip to eliminate "what the h#$%!" moments because there is no Park in that neutral, i.e. as you watch you truck roll down a hill...
Picture?I don’t think the pen things is a thing if you will. There is a manual release behind where the drivers left knee is, behind the trim panel to disengage.
