Just picked up my first Ram truck today. Bought it from Mark Ram in Lake Charles, Louisiana.... what a great dealership. By far the easiest vehicle transaction I've ever had. I traded in my 2020 Ford Ranger XLT. That was a really good midsize truck, but this is a nice step up in so many ways.
Great deal on a 1500 Big Horn.. Granite Crystal Mettalic.... options it had....
Upgraded 12" guages screen
33 Gallon gas tank
Spray in bed liner
Hard to believe this a midlevel trim with all it comes with.... outside of the cloth seats.... I'm very happy to be here.
Things I need to get:
Sidesteps... my wife is 5'3" and she would benefit from them for sure....
Bed cover.... I like the option to be able to lock things up or protect things at times....
All weather floor mats.... I've used Weather Tech and Husky in the past with great success in different vehicles...
I've already ordered the ever important window sunshade... a necessity here in Texas for sure.
I will of course take suggestions on any of the others. Cheers.
