Tapping into the Surround View for Recording? Has anyone done it?

I just realized that my 2022 is going to come with 360° cameras, giving me a full view around the vehicle. I plan to add a Viofo dash cam to my truck when it arrives, but having cameras in my wing mirrors gives me a really good view of what's happening on the sides of my truck. Even when parked.


I assume these are analog/RCA signals coming off each camera. I'd really like to keep them powered and send the signal to an analog DVR inside the car. It's actually really easy to find a car DVR that saves to an SD card.

I don't know if this could be done but was wondering why my truck shows the ground when I use the mirror cameras?
