New Ram owner here and first time truck owner too. Absolutely love it, but I'm having issues with the tailgate. It's about a month old now.
It seems like the latches aren't fully released after opening it up. If I try to close it, the latches won't engage and the posts just clang against them.
I've been able to get it closed by closing the latches with my hand and then opening them with the tailgate handle. I can hear a mechanism engage when it works.
Is it an issue with the auto drop tailgate?
I can't imagine it's a lubrication issue this early.
