Tailgate cover

One of my bikes fell from its overhead storage into the bed of my truck. It looks like the brake lever punched a hole into the plastic tailgate cover. Anyone know of an after market dress up piece or the part number for the factory cover to replace this one?

Have you tried removing the cover and looking for the part number stamped (or sticker) on the back? That is what I would do.
