Are you putting any siicone grease or lubricant of any kind on them?

The ES bushings come with silicone greasez so hope he used it

Yes. I used the grease that camp with the bushings. It’s very thick and sticky. Clunk is still gone after about 300 miles. It seems like the truck likes the energy suspension bushings much better then the moog bushings

I replaced my bushings a couple of weeks back with the Energy Suspension bushings. No change in my clunk. I also checked all of my body mount bolts and found the front two were loose. Still a clunk when the front end drops, so I still think the shocks are overextending causing the clunk.
