Swapping the 48-11TC to the 48-13TC Direct plug and play?

Hello new to the forum, just wanted to reach out been contemplating switching transfer cases on my 2020 ram 1500 to a heavier duty TC. The 48-12 has direct 50/50 no auto. I've heard it can be done with the switch of some harness pins. But was looking into the 48-13 bc it's still a clutch operation and heavier duty bc it's from the TRX platform. So I'm curious if this can be done without any problems. Just directly install and plug in.... Guess I could buy a Haynes manual but figured I'd ask all you backyard mechanics..

Why waste time and money on that swap, unless you are setting up for track.
Just get a used TRX...

I don't have $100,000 but I can spend $1,300 bucks on a better transfer case

Pretty sure that T-case is lot more than 1,300? Correct me if I am wrong.
edit: they seem to be available for not many coin.
