Swap out blind spot mirrors for regular mirrors.

I have a 2020 Ram 1500 with blind spot mirrors. I hate these mirrors. Any suggestions on replacing to regular mirrors or just replace the glass.
 
Why do you hate them? I wanted them on my build but the chip shortage changed that option.
