Suspension lift VS leveling blocks, probably a dumb question...

I have a 2021 Bighorn Crew Cab 4X4 with a 6.4 box that I plan to lift. It's a white night edition, and I found a set of Rebel take-off wheels with 275/70-18 BFG ATs. The new tires fit well, but look a little stuffed in the wheel wells, and I have been planning to raise it up anyway. I would like to go up about 2 inches and still keep some rake, as I do pull relatively heavy trailers from time to time. I may also go with 34's when these tires wear out. The Mopar 2 inch suspension lift seems like the obvious choice (not in stock anywhere that I can find), but I also know and see people who have done a leveling kit on the front, then added a leveling kit to the rear to add some rake back in. If this accomplishes roughly the same thing as the 2 inch suspension lift, then why choose one and not the other? I know the lift comes with new shocks and UCAs, are those necessities to keep the factory ride? Do the factory shocks get over-extended or the factory coils get pre-compressed with a leveling kit?
I don't have any real experience with lifting a truck, so thanks in advance!

I have close to the same truck, except I have ORP which includes heavy duty shocks and about a 1" lift with Stock 275/70R18 tires. I put 295/70R18 (34.4") and could use a 1" level in the front as it is a little stuffed. I have a 1.5" spacer for it and know my ORP shocks are good for it......but I am leaning towards a 2" mopar lift, still researching my options.. without ORP, you will definitely need new Shocks and UCAs for 2" lift or even a 2" level. I would check out Bilstein 5100. Below are a couple pictures. One on the day I bought it 💯 stock and the other with 295 70 18 and stock
