Howdy.
I'm thinking about dropping my Sport GT 2/2. Here are my thoughts.

Front: I have factory 20's so I'm thinking about Belltech 2" drop spindles Part #: 2652. I like this idea as it allows for the front factory setup to stay stock. Stock factory shock length being key here.

Rear: Maxtrac 2" drop springs 272920-19. I don't want to go past 2" in the rear. This also allows for stock length shocks to work (per Maxtrac notes).
Seems like sometimes these don't drop the full 2" but can be cut. I also have E-Torque. But there seems to not really be a confirmation that this causes additional drop.
So I'm hopeful for the 2". If I don't get 2", I can cut. If I get more, I can add a spacer.

Additional parts to include:
Hellwig or Spohn adjustable trackbar.
Hellwig or Belltech rear swaybar.
Hellwig Adjustable rear swaybar links or maybe shorter core 4x4 links.

The question in my head is. Is it worth swapping out factory oem shocks for Bilstein 4600 stock length all around? Seems like there could be some additional handling improvements from the change.
There are some factory drop kits out there running 4600s. (Toyota Tacoma X Runner as an example)

From all the posted information out there. This should minimize bottoming out and improve some on-road handling characteristics.

Like to hear some thoughts!

Smart choice and yes Bilstein will be better than OEM, unless you like the boat wallowing ride which I hate!!

Look at CORE4X4 Track bar and their solid sway links. I would also look at their rear control arms.

I'm running the Maxtrac rear leveling coils you mentioned, plus I have a topper.

How different is the 2025 suspension compared to the previous years? I have a maxtrac lowering kit for a 5th gen and according to the website it won’t fit the 2025s.

They're the same from what I've seen others install suspension lifts.

I've been checking with dealers and Bilstein direct and all parties tell me the suspension from 2024 to 2025 looks same but has different components that is leading to delay of Mopar lifts, Bilstein 5100s and other parts to lift/level 2025s. Personally, I'm waiting. I don't like my ORG truck looking so jacked up in back but I'm testing my patience.

Many reasons will be because of weight differences between the 24-25 with new engine. They might change the valving some or just call it a day. Also the lift might go higher if the the TT6 is much lighter. I'm not sure what the weight difference is.

Make sure to check the clearances of the Belltech spindles with the wheels you plan to use. The factory 20's will be VERY close to rubbing.
