Just noticed the surround view camera went blank, and back up guidelines are gone. Anyone ever experience this?

Maybe recent update? Might need to go into settings and check, or maybe disconnect battery for a good hour to reset the vehicle. Don't freak out if everything doesn't come back right away. Can take overnight.

Not too worried about it at the moment, going camping this weekend so will disconnect once I get there see what happens

Still not working, ugh. Not sure what I should do. Really don’t want to take it to the dealer for this

I'm not sure then if that didn't work. Unless someone has something else to try, dealership it might be.

Any idea what this panel is for on bottom of mirrors?

I have puddle lamps it’s right next to it, I tried pressing the button to release it and could not get it off. Here’s a better photo IMG_6227.jpeg

Oh. See I've never looked under mine to know what's under there :ROFLMAO: That might be an access panel to the connections? Now I'm gonna have to go look under mine when I get a chance and possibly remember

To update this thread.

spoke to ram cares, they had me call uconnect and they walked me through 2 resets and pulled some info out of dealer mode (never knew how to access that) in the end they want me to take it to dealership… think I might just wait it out a while and see if it reappears…

If under warranty I wouldn't wait, just in case it takes time to get parts.

This would fall into the 3/36k warranty, correct? I’m at 44k miles. I do have an aftermarket warranty that’s unlimited time/100k miles through ally.

Correct. I would put Ally thru the test and you'll see how good/ bad they are.

I dont know if you are still having this problem, but I bought my 2019 Ram Limited used, and it came with this problem. I fixed it today with AlphaOBD. I used it to calibrate the cameras that were missing a calibration, and it started working.

Yes issue still ongoing, unfortunately I don’t have alpha obd. Something to think about
