Surround view camera not working

I have a 2019 Limited with the surround view camera. Since I purchased the truck a few years ago the left mirror does not work and only shows a black area on the screen when looking at the surround camera. Has anyone else seen this and is the camera itself usually failed? Also if the camera is bad can you buy just the camera or do you have to buy the entire mirror?

There are 3 reasons for a black screen, bad camera, lost calibration, or door open. Yes, you can just buy a camera. All the cameras are the the same. My suggestion would be, but a junkyard mirror with the camera and disassemble it. You will learn how to do it and it will be cheaper than just the camera usually. The mirror doesn't need to be in good shape.
