Suggestions for fixing this grill piece.

[MaxSteel Lone Star]

I haven't been under the front of my 2019 Lone Star to see what it would take to fix this. Looks like there are some missing clips on the driver side (1st Pic), and the previous owner just put in a couple of screws on the passenger side. Don't really like his solution.(2nd Pic). How difficult would it be to get under there and put in the clips to fix this? I'm not really interested in adding a light bar. I have the park sensors, and the front ones are in this piece. Plus, I like the look of the front end, I just want the piece to stay in place. I've heard one solution about using black cable ties instead of the stock clips or screws. Thanks in advance for your help!
