Stuck ball joint in a 2019 Ram Rebel?

I'm trying to install a 2" leveling kit that comes with a new upper control arm and ball joint but my current ball joint is frozen. The ball joint puller just slips and comes off. Used a pick fork since I dont care about the ball joint and it' still won't budge. Trying to protect the knuckle since it's aluminum. Any help?

Deadblow hammer and hit the side on the spindle where the ball joint meets. Should knock it lose if not pull out the grinder and cut the ball joint. Might tack a few wacks to get it lose.

Or just a little bit of heat and kroil oil on the knuckle.

Dead blow hammer won't give the impact force required to knock the ball joint loose. You want a heavy metal hammer, hit the UCA not the knuckle. I usually use my 2lb and start with smaller hits ramping up to what I need. Agree with the Kroil, I use that on anything stuck.
