Bought the truck in 2021, 2020 Ram 1500 Hemi Bighorn Crew Cab. Within a year of purchase had to replace a starter, two mufflers, a resonator, and fix two manifold leaks. (All below 55,000 km so, warranty covered, but still yikes). I've also now got a recall for my tailgate to get fixed (I'm hesitant because it's not broken and I don't want to fix something that isn't broken, again).

Oct 2022 they said my back window was going to start leaking (it wasn't leaking at the time) due to cracks in the plastic, so they replaced the whole window for me. It then started to leak in Dec 2022, soaking my headliner. They said it was the 3rd brake light, replaced it. That lasted a year and now my back seats are completely soaken wet, water dripping in from the plastic line, not getting the roof wet somehow though this time.

Love the truck still, but it's been a wild ride so far.

The tailgate recall isn't something to "fix" unless it fails the checks they dom. If you say it functions as intended right now then it will be a quick visit and they will sign off the recall. Will take longer to get you checked in than the actual check for alignment.

Seems like they possibly induced a failure with the back window by replacing it without it actually leaking. Definitely get to fixed sooner than later as the water can run down into the RF hub which will render your truck unable to drive. Your keyfobs, will not work

Appreciate the response! Was already mailed a letter describing a warranty fix available after they already fixed it the first time, so that's what I'll be using this time. If things go wrong again maybe I'll try reaching out to you guys!
