Stock tires

Hi, I am planning to take stock tireas out of my new 2021 Laramie before real winter begins, no plans to lift or change rims and size yet. But what should I get to do not make a lot of noise but drive well over North East while winter with the proper grip? I don't like much my former AT Pirelli Scorpion on 4Runner I sold, to noisy. 18" inch size.

Michelin M/S or Falken Weatherpeak AT3W if not wanting to get the aggressive or true winter tire.
