Stock Sub Upgrade

Hello all. I am by no means an audio expert so if this is a dumb question please don’t taunt me ha.

I have upgraded the 3.5” speakers to kickers and am very happy with the result. It got me thinking if there is a plug and play subwoofer that is the same kind of swap. Keep the stock amp and everything just swap sub. Anyone out there do something like this?

tldr: some have done it, but with underwhelming results.

Triple voice coil and super-shallow 10 doesn't have a direct replacement. Using a dual voice and stuffing with polyfill gives the best results.

Is there a subwoofer that can just replace the factory alpine sub without adding an amp or rewiring ? Im replacing all the stock speakers with Kicker and my OCD is telling me to replace the sub
