Just one day after Stellantis announced its record-breaking $13 billion U.S. investment plan, more details are emerging about what’s coming to Michigan’s Warren Truck Assembly Plant—and it’s big news for Ram fans.

According to sources close to MoparInsiders, Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa showed internal presentation material during a Town Hall meeting earlier today that included what appeared to be a Ram-branded full-size SUV. This revelation follows Stellantis’ confirmation that Warren Truck will receive a $100 million investment to produce an all-new range-extended EV (REEV) and internal combustion engine (ICE) large SUV starting in 2028.v

They should call this the Ramcharger in honor of the original.
There are actually rumors that they're going to do that. They pulled the Ramcharger name from the range-extended EV, and all bets are on them using it for the upcoming SUV.

This is Ram's chance to do something right, and introduce a "new" product that checks all the boxes. If they sink money into this one based on poor intel or misunderstanding of their target market, they won't be able to walk it back. I hope they have truly been paying attention the last 4 years.

The Ram Wagoneer. If the interior was basically the same as the truck, I’d be interested. Hope they don’t try to charge 100 grand for it.
